For many years, my dear friend, Yahdi, has been the heart and soul behind a franchise. She worked tirelessly, day in and day out, to build her business and provide for her family. Despite her relentless efforts to turn things around, Yahdi has had to make the heartbreaking decision to close the doors of her office. One of their lenders has frozen all of their bank accounts without notice, leaving them unable to access funds to pay bills or even buy food for their children.

In her own words, Yahdi shared with me the devastating reality they are facing:

“It has been the scariest moment in our lives. We needed to take the baby out of daycare on Friday, and we don’t even know how we will feed our kids moving forward. We feel so devastated and so bad because we have poured our souls and lives into these practices. They are amazing practices, but we have lost everything trying to keep them alive.”
