Support for Yisely and Family After the Loss of Simplicia Flora Lopez

Dear friends and community,

It is with heavy hearts that we share the news that Simplicia Flora Lopez, the beloved mother of our dear friend Yisely Sanchez, passed away on September 19, 2024. Simplicia was born in Oaxaca, Mexico, on March 10, 1957. For much of Yisely’s childhood, Simplicia worked as a seamstress, pouring her skill and care into her craft. Later in life, she decided to devote herself fully to her family as a stay-at-home mom to her two children.

Simplicia found joy in gardening when she was able, tending to her plants with the same love and care she gave her family. She leaves behind a devoted husband and two children who loved her dearly and who are now facing the profound loss of such a kind and gentle soul.

As Yisely and her family navigate this incredibly difficult time, we are hoping to come together as a community to offer our support. Funeral costs and other unexpected expenses can be overwhelming, especially during such a time of grief.

We are raising funds to help alleviate these financial burdens, so Yisely and her family can focus on healing and honoring Simplicia’s memory without additional stress. Any contribution, no matter the size, will make a meaningful difference and is deeply appreciated.

Apoyo para Yisely y su familia tras la pérdida de Simplicia Flora López

Queridos amigos y comunidad,

Con corazones pesados, compartimos la triste noticia de que Simplicia Flora López, la querida madre de nuestra amiga Yisely Sanchez, falleció el 19 de septiembre de 2024. Simplicia nació en Oaxaca, México, el 10 de marzo de 1957. Durante gran parte de la niñez de Yisely, Simplicia trabajó como costurera, dedicando su habilidad y cuidado a su oficio. Más tarde en la vida, decidió dedicarse completamente a su familia como ama de casa, cuidando a sus dos hijos.

Simplicia encontraba alegría en la jardinería cuando podía, cuidando sus plantas con el mismo amor y dedicación que le daba a su familia. Deja atrás a un esposo devoto y a dos hijos que la amaban profundamente, y que ahora enfrentan la inmensa pérdida de un alma tan amable y gentil.

Mientras Yisely y su familia atraviesan este momento tan difícil, esperamos unirnos como comunidad para ofrecer nuestro apoyo. Los costos del funeral y otros gastos inesperados pueden ser abrumadores, especialmente en un tiempo de duelo tan profundo.

Estamos recaudando fondos para ayudar a aliviar estas cargas financieras, de modo que Yisely y su familia puedan concentrarse en sanar y honrar la memoria de Simplicia sin preocupaciones adicionales.
