Support Yosef's Family in Gaza Crisis

Hello, my name is Ana, I am a student in New York and I am raising funds on behalf of my friend Yosef in Gaza. We are currently just trying to ensure that he and his 8 family members survive the harsh conditions they are living in every day. Their home was bombed and completely destroyed in December of 2023 and they fled with only the clothes on their backs and eachother. Yosef and his family have endured daily bombings, flooding, snow, rain, dehydration, intense heat, starvation, and sickness. Any donations sent through this gofundme are dispersed to Yosef Waleed and help keep him and his family alive. Below is a note from Yosef: "Hello friends my name is Youssef, I am 25 years old and I live with my family of 8 in Al-Mawasi camp, where we were displaced after our home was destroyed by Israeli bombings in December of 2023. Winter is near and we live in a tent unsuitable for facing it. We need all kinds of basic necessities. There is no water, electricity, gas, blankets to warm us, suitable clothes to cover us and food. My father, my brother and I have to face further expenses to treat the pathologies we suffer from. Prices have reached exorbitant levels, which is why my family and I are counting on your help. Every small donation can make a big difference for us. Thank you for considering our request. It means a lot to me and my family."

I had to remake this gofundme because our last one completely halted and did not receive donations anymore so it is our hope that communities can continue showing up for my friend. Even a dollar helps. To ensure transparency, I receive donations and then once they are processed, I send them to Yosef via PayPal, it is the only way I have been able to disperse his funding consistently. This method has gotten his family food, flour, blankets and other things to ensure survival. Summer is on the way and the heat will be intense, I care about getting my friend through the intense climate.
