Hailing from a single-father, low-income household, Zaynah is a trailblazer in her family, being the first of four siblings to attend college. Her exceptional academic performance has earned her a scholarship, paving the way for her educational pursuits and inspiring her siblings to follow in her footsteps.

She sees the study abroad trip to Egypt as a transformative opportunity to immerse herself in the ancient culture of the Nile region.
