Support Zy’aire's Family in Their Time of Loss

On the morning of October 28, 2024, we lost our beloved Zy'aire Fleming unexpectedly. At just 17 years old, Zy'aire was a remarkable young man from Greece, NY, who’s radiant smile could light up any room. A student at Greece Athena High School, he was known for his unique style and the way he embraced life with joy and enthusiasm. In September, Zy'aire made the courageous decision to move to Florida to complete his senior year of high school while caring for his sick grandmother after the loss of his grandfather in July. His selflessness during this difficult time showcased the incredible love he had for his family. Zy'aire leaves behind his mother, three devoted brothers, and a little sister who is due to arrive in December—a sister he will never get to meet. His passing has left a deep void in their lives, and the family is now faced with the overwhelming challenge of laying him to rest.

Due to the unexpected nature of his passing, the family is in need of assistance to cover the costs of transporting Zy'aire's body from Midway, Florida, back to Rochester, NY, where he can be surrounded by the family he loved so dearly. Any contribution, no matter how small, is immensely appreciated and will help ease the burden during this heartbreaking time.

Zy'aire was truly one of a kind. His generosity knew no bounds; he was always willing to lend a helping hand to those he loved.
