In Support of Carla Chambers Jeffreys and Bob Chaylt Jeffreys Family Tragedy
On Wednesday, August 7, 2019, tragedy struck Carla, Bob, and their three children, Zachary (10), Lillian (8) and, Gabriel (7). They were involved in a serious vehicle accident involving two tractor-trailers near Oyen, Alberta while driving across Canada to relocate from Vancouver to St. Catherines.
Tragically, Zachary succumbed to his injuries and went to be with God. Gabe was airlifted by STARS air ambulance to Alberta Children’s Hospital. The family is still waiting to understand the full impact of his injuries, but he will have a long road to recovery. Lillian was also flown by STARS to Alberta Children’s Hospital with serious, potentially life-threatening injuries. She is now in stable condition.
Carla was airlifted to Foothills Medical Centre in Calgary with serious, potentially life-threatening injuries. Bob also has injuries that will need medical attention.
This family needs our support more than ever right now. At this time, a financial contribution would benefit the family. Some family members have flown to Calgary to be by their side and this money would help them take care of the necessities at this time. There will also be funeral expenses that will be necessary, and we do not want to have the family worried about finances right now. Please help ease that burden so their family can focus on each other.
