Support for Sam

This fund is to support 5-year-old Sam Smith and his family while he recovers in CHOP. On November 6th, Sam was involved in a car accident in Hatfield, PA. Sam suffered an injury to his head and a fractured skull. The doctors at CHOP have done all they can to control the swelling in his brain, and the world waits and prays to keep him alive and heal him!
