Support a firefighter injured in a car accident

Last Saturday morning my best friend Stephanie received one of the scariest phone calls. Her husband, John, was in a horrible 2 car accident on his way home from working at the firehouse.

He sustained multiple injuries. Most significantly multiple contusions, lacerations, broken teeth, a broken nose and a broken femur. Surgery went well to stabilize his femur but their family is quickly learning that John still has a long road of recovery before he can go back to working both his full time and part time jobs as a firefighter/medic.

John is the financial provider for his wife, 3 year old, and 6 month old boys. Being off work would cause stress to anyone’s financial stability. He did not want a Go Fund Me but, I figured this would be helpful to those people asking how they could help out with the long road ahead. If you have the means to donate, the funds raised will go to support them with meals, gas, and incoming bills.
