Supporting Ted and His Family

On September 14, Ted Kalloway, a loving husband and father and veteran of the United States Navy & Air Force, suffered a catastrophic stroke. Ted is currently fighting for his life in an ICU in Arlington, TX. Apart from a miracle (and I would ask that you pray for one), the road ahead will be quite difficult for Ted, Courtney, Shepherd and Cora Rae. Ted worked as a recreational therapist who served the needs of adults with cognitive disorders. He was the sole wage earner in the family and because he worked via contracts he did not have short-term or long-term disability through his employer. So, this family deeply needs our financial support to cover what will be very high medical bills and the costs of daily life.

Courtney's family and our church have rallied around them to provide support with meals, help with the kids and other essentials. Please continue to pray for this dear family.
