Supporting April Roe after losing Emma & Shawn
Donation protected
To our friends & family.. I am asking for your support & love for my sister-in-law April who just lost her daughter Emma on May 19th & her husband Shawn in Sept 2021 as well.
Emma was only 11 & in the ICU battling a rare super-infection in the presence of Leukemia, all for which eventually took her young life. Fly high sweet girl.
This an inconceivable loss. April was still grieving for Shawn & fighting the Leukemia journey with their daughter Emma. Emma was diagnosed with Leukemia just two months before her daddy died from cancer too. Emma was Shawn’s only daughter but he was a step-father to April’s older children Evan & Olivia.
This all is very raw & unbelievable really. No one should have to bury a child & my heart goes out to April & Emma’s siblings. Both deaths were not expected & April remained hopeful & strong through this process for both of them! You are a strong, amazing woman April.
As we all know there is always financial concerns that accumulate around illness & death. Although money will not bring back our loved ones, it does take off the stress of wondering how to pay for things to keep living. “Living” is what we pray you can do & be strong for your other children.
Please help however you can, even if you keep those prayers coming! Thank you!
