Supporting Ben and his family

Hi I work with Stephanie and have been fortunate to meet Ben on a resent visit to Stephanie's area. 

In June, Benjamin's parents, Stephanie and Lee, worried he had an ear infection. Many hospital visits and specialists later they are at the IWK Children's Hospital in Halifax with the unimaginable diagnosis of a rare cancer in his inner ear called Rhabdomyosarcoma. 

Benjamin is in good hands with the doctors and nurses of 6 link at the IWK and will receive 42 weeks of chemotherapy here in the Atlantic provinces but, will need to travel to the southern United States for radiation therapy to rid his little body of the cancer.

Baby Ben is the toughest little dude we know and is absolutely going to kick this cancers butt! It is going to be a long road getting there though and Lee and Stephanie can use all the help we can give them as the costs of traveling and being unable to work accumulate very quickly.
