Supporting Bob Schneider's Journey to Recovery..

Donation protected
My name is John Schneider and Bob is my brother! After a couple days of not feeling well, Bob was taken to St Cloud hospital on December 9th and was diagnosed with two forms of staph infection and was admitted. Bob has an artificial valve in his heart where the infection was clinging to. He was started on an antibiotic treatment hoping this would clear up the infection. On the morning of December 12, a piece of that infection broke loose and caused Bob to suffer a significant stroke.
Bob has since been transferred to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, where he is close to finishing his antibiotic treatment. We pray this will have eliminated the infection and prevent heart valve surgery. Efforts are under way to locate a facility closer to home for Bob to focus more on his rehab needs.
Bob currently has no movement on his left side. No one knows at this time what Bob may regain or may not. Without Bob working in his UPS truck, as so many of you know him, medical bills and bills in general keep coming in. Though Bob and Sharon are strong, unfortunately strength doesn’t pay bills. They are facing a very long road ahead with his recovery. Any help will be greatly appreciated. If you can't help with a monetary donation, please continue to send love and Prayers to Bob and Sharon. You can also follow Bob’s story on Caring Bridge. Thank you all so much.
