Support Beloved Brookline Residents Remain at Home

Dear Neighbors:

Brookline Community Development Corporation has learned that a beloved neighbor and friend is in dire need of rental assistance. An eviction hearing has been scheduled for two weeks time, and they are a long way from meeting their goal. How did this happen? Some serious health setbacks in the family, increased rent and other issues have caused the crisis. This family has never made much money, so these emergencies have had a cataclysmic effect on their lives. Most of you know the father. He is a beloved community member and activist. He has four children and a wife who had been hospitalized for a serious illness. One of his children has severe disabilities that require a great deal of time and compassion. Your donation will help to keep them in their home.
