Supporting Caleb Vasura's Final Farewell

My name is Laura Vasura, Stepmom to Caleb Vasura. It is with great sorrow that George and I announce the passing of our beloved son Caleb.

Caleb passed tragically during the early hours of Sunday, October 13, 2024, due to injuries sustained from a car crash.

For anyone who had the great pleasure of knowing Caleb, they knew how much he loved his family and friends and how he loved every small moment of life. During these trying days, I've continually heard how family and friends are going to miss their everyday phone calls from him to check in on them, make plans from a simple visit to doing something fun or just helping any of them with tasks. Caleb had a smile that could light up a room when you could break it out of him. Such a sarcastic jokester. He enjoyed making others happy whenever possible.

Unfortunately, due to his untimely passing, as a family, we are now faced with making arrangements that no parent ever wants to have to make for their child. In lieu of flowers, we are asking for assistance to help defray the cost of arrangements. Any small amount will help and allow us to give Caleb the final goodbye he deserves.

We thank everyone for their kind words, shoulders to lean on, and thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. While we know Caleb's time with us was short, we do have comfort knowing he is now in the loving, caring, and protective Angel arms of his mother in Heaven, Patti! He will be missed by many, and we know that he will still be with us in every aspect of our lives and will continue to be a shining light in the lives of others.
