Supporting Coach Ogi
Donation protected
Coach Ogi has been a predominant figure in the gymnastics community for many years, while currently coaching the Boys Team at Juergen's Gymnastics. He is one of the most caring, thoughtful, and loyal friends I know. He could really use our support right now.
Coach Ogi's wife, Bela, was diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer this past March. She fought hard and went through many Chemo sessions, but sadly, after a short 9 months lost her battle to cancer and passed away this past Friday(Dec.18th).
The fight against cancer was not easy for either of them. Multiple doctor appointments each week, lots of new medications and chemo sessions, and a couple trips in and out of the hospital. Coach Ogi never waivered and was by Bela's side every step of the way. His love towards her is one to be admired. The time went way too fast.
Throughout the fight there were tons of medical expenses that were not covered by insurance and now he faces the funeral costs. All of their family resides in Bulgaria, where one day, he will need to take her home. She is survived by two daughters and three grandchildren in Bulgaria. This has been especially hard on them also with the long distance.
Ogi would never ask for any help in this way, but that's why I am here! I have worked with Ogi over the past 5+ years and he has become a close friend as well as coworker. I will be presenting him with all of the donations that will help handle all of the necessary expenses. If you have any questions, please reach out.

Please keep Coach Ogi in your thoughts and prayers at this delicate time. Any donation is greatly appreciated.
