Supporting Cooper Hawks Theater

Cooper Hawks Theater has been part of the Cooper High School Community for many years. This active discipline incorporates the talents of students from Cooper's different music disciplines, including Band, Choir, & Orchestra. Students also participate in set design and creation, as well as the technical aspects of theater.   The visual arts are also represented in the creation of theater promotional materials.

Cooper Hawks Theater puts on three quality shows each year.  The Fall and Spring shows are written, directed, and performed by Cooper Students.   The Winter Musical is a large undertaking that provides another rich theater experience for students.  In addition to the three shows, Cooper also has a short-form and long-form Improv team.  

This year the Musical is “Ragtime”. The show will open on Thursday February 20th @ 7pm, with additional shows on Friday Feb. 21st @ 7pm, Saturday Feb 22nd @ 2pm, Thursday Feb 27th @ 7pm, Friday Feb 28th @ 7pm, and closes Saturday Feb 29th @ 7pm.

Cooper Hawks Theater works hard to recruit new and returning students to participate in the program.  Students and staff provide an encouraging and supportive environment where students inspire each other to try new things, and continue to develop their interest in theater.    

Funds raised in this fundraiser will support student participation in current and future shows at Cooper High School. Funds may also help supply costumes, or provide additional voice and dance lessons when needed.   All funds raised in this campaign will stay within the Cooper Theater program.
