Supporting Dan (& Traci) DiRenzo

On January 31st, 2024 Dan was involved in a serious car accident caused by an impaired driver. Dan suffered life-threatening injuries with the most critical being severe brain and spinal cord injuries. Spending the last month in the ICU, undergoing several surgeries, and up against a grim prognosis, Dan has surpassed every expectation. His recovery has been nothing short of miraculous and one that doctors are unable to explain, but realistically, his recovery has just begun.

Dan has been transferred to an intensive, in-patient rehab facility where he will relearn basic cognitive and physical skills such as memory and attention, strength, balance, and walking. The ultimate goal is regaining and maintaining the ability to perform daily activities as independently as possible.

Due to the severity of his injuries, the road to recovery will be extensive. With a loss of income to the household and imminent medical bills, our goal is to provide the family some financial assistance to allow their focus to remain on his recovery.

The army of friends, family, and complete strangers rallying around the DiRenzo family has been remarkable. Thank you for all the continued love, prayers, and support.
