Help My Sister Fight Stage 3 Breast Cancer
Hi, everyone. My name is Edwin, and I’m reaching out to share my sister’s story. She doesn’t know I’m doing this, (she will now) but I wanted to take this step to support her during one of the hardest battles of her life.
My sister was diagnosed with Stage 3 invasive ductal carcinoma, HER2-positive, the day before Thanksgiving. Since January, she has been unable to work due to the toll of chemotherapy treatments, medical appointments, and the physical exhaustion that comes with fighting cancer. She’s been doing everything she can to stay strong, but the financial strain is becoming overwhelming.
Her surgery is scheduled for May 23rd—a crucial milestone in her fight against this disease. While it’s a step forward, it also means more recovery time and more uncertainty about how she’ll keep up with the everyday costs of life. She would never ask for help herself, so I’m stepping in to ask on her behalf.
If you can, please consider donating to help cover her medical expenses, household bills, and any other costs that will allow her to focus entirely on healing. No amount is too small, and even sharing her story would mean so much to our family.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for your kindness and support. Together, we can help her get through this and remind her that she’s not alone in this fight.
