Supporting Foster Parents for Better Adoptions

I'm not much of a fan adopting directly from shelters because you never know what you're going to get as far as if that dog is a fit for your personality and lifestyle. Dogs are normally a shell of themselves while at the shelters. And this is about a 12 year commitment. But, a Foster parent is an amazing way to adopt!
