Supporting Joe & Kids: Prayers & Aid

We mourn the loss of Stacy Boison, who fought bravely against an aggressive form of cancer and passed away on July 8th, 2023, leaving behind two teenage children and their devoted father, Karruthers “Joe”. In this time of grief, we must rally together to support Joe and his kids both emotionally and financially.

The family faces significant hardships, burdened by the weight of financial uncertainty and emotional distress. They seek divine guidance as they navigate the difficult decision of whether the children should stay in Chicago, surrounded by their church community and friends, or move to Phoenix to be with their father.

Whichever path they choose, additional expenses will arise. If the children stay in Chicago, Joe will need to travel back monthly for extended periods to be with his daughter, entering high school, and his son, starting college. Alternatively, relocating to Phoenix means incurring moving costs and finding a larger apartment.
