Supporting Julie Zimmerman

Dear Friends,

As you may have heard, our dear friend and colleague Julie Zimmerman was diagnosed with colon cancer in November. She quickly had surgery to remove the cancerous tumor and affected lymph nodes. Because the cancer had spread to her lymph nodes and is stage III, she will need 6 months of chemo to reduce the risk of recurrence. This will begin very soon.

We know that so many of us want to help Julie through this period and beyond. One way we can do this is to financially support Julie, Guthrie, and their girls to help cover the expenses of travel and housing around appointments, meal delivery, pet care, and the cost of care itself.
