Supporting Justin: A loving father’s health journey

Meet Justin, a devoted father of seven and a man with a heart as big as Texas. Just one year and eleven days my senior – we’re practically Irish twins – Justin has always been my rock and a steadfast presence for everyone in his life. Looking into his warm brown eyes, you can feel the genuine love he radiates. A strong Christian man and the first to lend a hand, Justin has always been the one supporting others, never asking for anything in return. He works tirelessly to provide for his beautiful family, a responsibility he carries with immense pride.

For the past four weeks, Justin has been battling a painful and unexpected health issue. What started as severe discomfort led to the discovery of a concerning cyst in his lung, accompanied by fluid that made it difficult to breathe. Despite the pain and a pending biopsy to determine the nature of this cyst, Justin is determined to return to work. His family needs him, and the financial strain of being out for so long is weighing heavily on them. His incredible wife is working hard to make up for the lost income, but the uncertainty of future medical appointments and potential time off looms large.

This is where we, his family and friends, can step in and be the support system Justin has always been for others. He would never ask for help himself, but we know his family needs it now more than ever.
