Supporting KAYLAN back to health

It has been almost a year since KAYLAN DOWDIE was attacked on November 7,2020 at an event for looking at another female, beaten by five females and left for dead. Kaylan suffered a cardiac arrest upon arrival at the hospital and was rushed into surgery after the discovery of a stab wound to the neck, left with a C2 spinal cord injury and unconscious for over 2 weeks. KAYLAN was given a 1 percent chance if survival however she has defied the odds so far and continues to do so after being told she would not move, walk, talk, eat or even recognise her own family. 

The matter is now under police investigation. 

KAYLAN has now regained consciousness, movement, is eating, talking and using her smart devices, however; Kaylan has had many setbacks as lack of resources  has led to multiple infections and cardiac arrests that has puts her back in a fragile state everytime she is well enough to be considered for a discharge. KAYLAN has suffered a total of nine cardiac arrests, multiple seizures, episodes of  unresponsiveness and has been fitted with a pacemaker and had a tracheostomy(an opening created at the front of the neck so a tube can be inserted into the windpipe (trachea) to help her breathe). KAYLAN has a clot in the heart that is feared will not be able to rectify locally. Kaylan continued care and rehabilitation cannot be achieved locally as there are no facilities with such capabilities, hence the need for overseas care. 

This care comes at a cost amounting well over $425000 USD at a facility in the United States of America, we are kindly seeking your financial assistance in achieving this transfer as her life depends on it.
