Supporting Lana's Cancer Battle

My name is Kim Hart, friend and colleague of Lana Sproul. She is one of the most beautiful humans I know.

As many of you know, Lana is tirelessly battling cancer, Metastatic Melanoma to be precise. It has been incredibly aggressive. Lana has had surgeries over the last few months and continues with immuno-suppressant infusion treatments. Despite this, this cancer rages on. In a very short period, it has progressed to stage four. Doctors are hopeful her current treatment will slow down the progression of this cancer.

Moving forward, there will be numerous expenses. Gas to and from the Tom Baker Centre, special health care equipment, special dietary expenses, lost wages, over-the-counter medications and other things to support and give comfort to Lana during her battle. We can best help by alleviating some of this financial burden, so Lana and her family can focus on her current palliative care.
