Supporting Luana & her husband in medical crisis

Luana, our ever-caring, protective and nurturing night guard at our front door at 300 E. 34th Street, is in need of our support. Anyone who knows her can attest that Luana is the sweetest, most radiant positive force that gives so freely, and she truly adds a unique compassionate energy for all the tenants in the building.

As many of you know, in unfortunate recent times, she has been going through an extremely painful and expensive medical crisis involving her husband Carlos. Carlos has been hospitalized for months, and his rehabilitation program has not only been difficult and lengthy, but heartbreaking as well.

In spite of these difficulties, Luana has pushed herself nearly non-stop to try to help her loving husband through this challenging time, something that is truly an impossible task for someone to do alone. However, Carlos still has a significant road to recovery that requires nursing, all-day medical attention and a lot of additional support for months to come.

With this said, we are coming together in behalf of everyone who knows Luana. This incredible woman has always has our backs, and now it is time for us to step up and have hers.
