Supporting Maxine's Memorial & Ashes Wishes

Donation protected
So first of all, I don’t like having to resort to GoFundMe but I am in need of some assistance and due to tragic heartbreaking losses of several family members and the financial burdens of these losses along with the everyday costs associated with living I need help to grant my mother’s wishes. I have included a few snippets about my mother and some photos.
My mother, Maxine Elizabeth Davidson was born on September 7th 1930 in a town called Shipley in Yorkshire in England. At the age of 15 she became a Bluebell dancer with the famous troupe. By joining this troupe she was able to help support many of her relatives. She traveled and performed in various countries for a few years. She was beyond incredible at dancing. She came to the United States on the Queen Mary to New York; then the choreographer, Don Arden, asked if she could come to Nevada (at the time there were only two casinos and the rest was sand – this is now known as Las Vegas). Frank Sinatra was just starting out and he was working the same show as my mother.
Eventually when she made it to California she worked at the Arthur Murry Dance Studio on Hollywood Boulevard in Hollywood. This is where she met my father who was from Boston originally but moved to Hollywood when he was five years old. When my father grew up he worked for MGM Studios and worked side-by-side with Jack Nicholson before he became an actor. My father told me one day he saw a gorgeous blonde who was also tall get out of her vehicle and walked into The Arthur Murry Dance Studio and felt the need to write down a little note and left his name and phone number on it and left it on her windshield, but she never did call him. He also wrote down her license plate number which he gave to his sister who worked at the DMV and was able to get her telephone number. When he received this information, he called her and they talked on the phone for a month and then agreed to go out on a date. They had their first date at a famous restaurant called Perinos. My father said she ordered an appetizer, a filet mignon, baked potato, asparagus and dessert cappuccino – she ate and drank everything. After this the rest is history as they say. My Father and Mother wound up getting married in the late 1950s. My sister Elizabeth Rose was born in 1961 and 18 months later in 1963 I was born.
Another recollection I have is as a young child my mother always had a pen and paper in hand and was always writing letters and sending them via airmail to England, as well as to other international locations. The funny thing is no wone could read her writing.
Unfortunately, my mother passed away on October 7th of this year. I have been grieving several losses in my family along with bearing the financial burden of a couple of them and now I am trying to fulfill taking care of her last wishes – being cremated and granting her wishes of her ashes being spread in both Pacific Beach and in Shipley in Yorkshire, England. The GoFundMe money would help alleviate the cost burden of paying for the cremation. Please donate and/or share and help me reach my goal. Thank you.
