Supporting Officer Kenyon Ford: A Hero’s Fight for Recovery

On February 25, 2025, Clayton County C.A.G.E. Officer Kenyon Ford was shot while on duty while serving a warrant to a suspect involved in a vicious crime. In the course of his selfless service to protect our community, Officer Ford sustained serious injuries and is currently recovering in the hospital after undergoing surgery. His path to recovery will be long and difficult, but with the support of his family, friends, and the community, we know he will rise again. Officer Ford is also a proud and active member of Kappa Alpha Psi, Incorporated.

A Hero’s Commitment

Officer Ford is not only a dedicated C.A.G.E. & K9 officer, but also a loving father to two young boys and a devoted fiancé to a woman who is expecting their third child. His family’s world has been turned upside down, and they will need all the support they can get during this challenging time.
