Supporting Our Little Fighters

Dear friends, family, and compassionate souls,

We humbly come to you in a time of great need, seeking your support for our beloved son and his young family. Our son, Sam and his wife, Vera, recently welcomed two precious twin girls, Bella and Tasya, into their lives. However, their joyous arrival was met with unexpected challenges as the twins were born eight weeks premature in Bali.

Bella and Tasya's journey into the world has been a rollercoaster of emotions, as they bravely fight against infections that have tested their delicate bodies. These little warriors are displaying incredible strength, but their path to health is far from smooth. Both have been admitted into the NICU. Bella's condition has been especially critical, she has faced life-threatening moments, having stopped breathing twice already.

As Sam and Vera face the overwhelming realities of caring for their premature twins, their strength and resilience shine through. However, the emotional toll is immense, as they witness their daughters' struggles and Vera's own health challenges. Vera has been admitted to a separate hospital, where she is receiving treatment for seizures, making this already difficult journey even more complex.

With heavy hearts, we share that the mounting costs of medical care have become a burden too great for our son and his young family to bare. The expenses of keeping Bella and Tasya in the NICU in Bali, along with Vera's medical care, have stretched their resources beyond their limits.
