Supporting Paul’s Road to Recovery

On the 1st of January, Paul’s family received a call that no family wants to receive. He was involved in a serious road traffic accident.

This is a fundraiser for Paul Harron of Donegal Town — a beloved brother, son, friend, and so much more to many around him. Paul is a recently qualified electrician, is very hard-working, kind, and has always loved the craic! Unfortunately, due to the extent of his injuries Paul is now paralysed from the waist down and faces a long recovery from a multitude of life altering injuries.

He is currently under 24-hour care in ICU in the Mater Hospital, Dublin, where he will remain for an extended period before moving to the spinal unit for specialised care. This will be followed by intensive physiotherapy in Dun Laoghaire.

This fundraiser has been setup to support the Harron family with travel, accommodation and rehab expenses as there will need to be a family member staying in Dublin with Paul at all times.

Paul has a long journey ahead of him. Any support will go directly towards Paul’s recovery, whether it be through a donation or by simply sharing this fundraiser.
