Supporting Rykah

On the 11th of April my beautiful nephew Rykah was involved in a devestating car accident. It was a terrible accident where 2 of the 3 occupants sustained life threatening injuries. Rykah sadly did not regain consciousness after the accident and due to a severe brain injury remains in an induced coma to allow his body the opportunity to try and heal the damage that has been done.

This GoFundMe campaign has been started with the hopes that we might be able to ease the financial burdens Rykah's family face as they support him at this terrible time. As the accident was unexpected his family was just not financially prepared. The hospital where Rykah is receiving care is two hours away and as the family is rallying behind him 24/7 they have had to seek local accomodation which is quite expensive. Those costs combined with travel expenses mean that they will exhaust their on hand resources within the next few days. 

Raising this money would mean Rykah's family could keep their focus and energy where it needs to be... with Rykah.

At this stage we are unsure of what medical expenses Rykah will have in the future, your generous donations will help finance much needed services such as rehabilitation and medical therapies to help aide in his recovery.
