Supporting Stephen Barker Turner and Antoinette LaVecchia

Stephen is battling the debilitating symptoms of advanced Parkinson’s. His loving wife, Antoinette, is providing full care, with little respite. We know Stephen and Antoinette are beloved by many. To provide some support and relief, we are establishing a GoFundMe campaign.

Dealing with serious, progressive illness is excruciating. Financial pressure exacerbates the hardship. Neither home care nor long-term care is covered by insurance. And because Stephen is only 56, he is disqualified from state programs. In addition, due to his condition, there are many added, burdensome expenses, often unexpected. Being able to pay for some extra care, or any of the myriad needs that become so pressing when living with advanced Parkinson’s, can lift the load significantly.
