Supporting the Brouillette Family

Hello, this fundraiser is to help Jes and Christina Brouillette and their family. This beautiful family has been struck by tragedy. While overseas on a work trip, Jes received word that his 22-year-old son Chase, was in a motorcycle accident, that ultimately took the young Navy man's life. Soon after arriving in California to help care for her son, Christina began experiencing severe abdominal pain and was discovered to have internal bleeding, and had to have surgery to repair a ruptured artery. While performing the initial procedure, the doctor discovered a leaking abdominal aortic aneurysm that then required a second surgery.

Along with this great emotional loss, and medical hardships, they will be facing a financial strain and burden that I feel we, as a community, can help ease. With your generosity, I hope that we can help in the following ways:

1) Help cover Christina's medical expenses in the way of deductibles, max out-of-pocket, or other unexpected expenses that will not be evident for several months.

2) Help to ease the burden of direct expenses associated with all the family traveling to California, lodging, eating out, and loss of income from time lost at work.

3) Give money to help cover any direct expenses, regarding Chase, not covered by the Navy.

This family is a great family that has shown love and generosity to many of us. I feel this is a way, that we can respond in kind, to help ease the financial burden they are facing.
