I'm devastated to share that our dear friend and client, Manuel Chagolla, tragically lost his life in Chula Vista on Saturday, April 6th. Manuel was out celebrating a significant milestone – the acceptance of his offer on a new home for his beloved family. We had just been together for the home inspection, witnessing the joy and excitement on his family's faces as they imagined their future in their new home. Manuel's younger son had even picked out his room, and he and his wife were eagerly discussing renovation plans.

The sudden and senseless loss of Manuel has left us all reeling. From one moment of happiness to unimaginable grief, this family's world has been turned upside down. Manuel leaves behind his devoted wife and two adoring sons, who are now grappling with the void left by their beloved husband and father.
