Supporting The Dennehy Family In a Very Difficult time

Our Friend Matt Dennehy was involved in a very serious car accident on Sunday evening. Matt as well his entire family had just finished being a Volunteer giving up a week of their time for a large event. Matt was airlifted to Melbourne and is currently in ICU having just had his first of many surgeries.

Although there is no right time for this, unfortunately timing was not on Matt’s side as he had just started a new job and will be left without any income in his time of recovery. His Wife Sammy (a palliative care nurse) will also need to give up some work to care for Matt when he gets home. as well as caring for their 2 young girls.

Matthew is one of the nicest, hard working blokes out there as well as the whole Dennehy family as they are so kind, generous and give their time to so many.

Matt's passions are chopping wood and mowing lawns and of the first things he has asked when able to write on a white board, was " Can I still cut Wood.” We hope that he can get back to that one day in the future.

The aim of starting this go fund me page to try and raise some funds to support Matt, Sammy, Celeste and Amber through the long road to recovery. Any amount is going to make a difference and we appreciate your efforts in advance.
