Supporting The Family of Michael Carmack

Hi Everyone,

My name is Georgi Carmack, and I am the daughter of Michael Carmack. My father passed away unexpectedly just a week ago, on October 17th, 2023. The recent passing of my father has been absolutely devastating and my family has never gone through anything like this before. He was my best friend.

I am not one to really ask for help or be vulnerable with my emotions and the struggles I go through, but I am really struggling and my family and I need help.

I have been supporting myself 100% on my own since I left home at 18 and began living and working in San Francisco.

My family has huge financial problems. My parents (now my mom) is in the midst of losing their home and we cannot afford the burial nor the move. My mom will have to move with my brother in 30 days. My mom suffers from memory loss and many other health issues and no longer works.

My father passed away at 76, and my mother is 75. My twin brother and I have been left with all the responsibilities at just 20 years old. We are so young dealing with some huge problems right now on our own.

We haven't been able to grieve for a single second because it's one crisis after another.

This money will not only be used for funeral expenses, but in finding a new accommodation as we are losing what we once called home.
