Supporting the Family of Winding Oak Dr

Around 3 am on July 22nd, 2023, there was a house fire and inside were 6 family members. Since that day, 5 pieces of our hearts have passed away and are watching over us now. Additionally, we have one fighter in ICU.

Of the 5 are Felicia Valadez (50 years old), Sylvia Valadez (29 years old), Gabriel Valadez (12 years old), Lillie Valadez (10 years old), and Isabella Morales (6 years old). Felicia is the mom of Sylvia and the grandma of Gabriel, Lillie, and Isabella.

The 6th family member is Fernando Valadez, the father of Felicia, is currently fighting to recover. Rene, Fernando's wife, is with her "Val" every day, right by his side, until visiting hours close. He moves around the most, even while sedated, when he hears his "Cakes" voice.

Anyone who knows Fernando, knows he does everything for others, especially his family. He has been by the bedsides of countless friends in their times of need, donates to several charities, and is always willing to lend a hand without hesitation. He and Rene are my grandparents and the heart of our family. Their home has served as a rock in our lives for as long as I can remember.

Our family is working together to help Rene get through this tragic, life-changing situation day by day and one step at a time so that she can focus on getting our Fernando healthy and back to us. When he wakes up, this information will be a lot to take in as he was found in the house unconscious when the fire department arrived and does not know about the events that have since transpired.

-Replacing the car

-Replacing all damaged items

-Restoring any salvageable items/valuables

-All insurance deductibles

-Healthcare for the dog that survived (the other passed away)
