Supporting the Laks Family After the Palisades Fire

Dear Family, Friends, and Community,

My name is Bella Silva, and I’m from Pasadena, California. I’m Andrea Swain Laks’ cousin, and I’ve set up this GoFundMe to help Andrea, her husband Brian, and their two beautiful children, Christopher and Carolina after they tragically lost their home in the Palisades fire.

In a matter of hours, they lost their home, their belongings, and the place where so many cherished memories were made. While their family is safe, they are now starting from scratch, and the road ahead is overwhelming.

The outpouring of love, prayers, and offers to help has been truly incredible. Andrea and her family are incredibly grateful for every kind word, thoughtful gesture, and show of support during this difficult time.

Many of you have asked how you can further support the Laks family as they begin the long and emotional journey of restoring their lives. This GoFundMe has been set up as a way to help them get back on their feet.
