Honoring Dave Linder: A tribute and support for the family

Dave was a man who touched the lives of everyone he met. He was an incredible dad, husband, son, uncle, and friend. Tragically, his life was cut short in a devastating avalanche while heli-skiing on a ski trip with close friends in Alaska on March 4th.

Dave leaves behind his loving wife, Sarah, and their three wonderful boys—Harry (11), Louie (9), and Sully (6). Sarah and Dave have been together for 20 years and were best friends. They loved the life they had built together. Dave had envisioned an amazing future for them and their kids, full of plans, dreams, and endless possibilities.

For the boys, Dave was their entire world, he was their hero. Whether they were fishing, skiing down snow covered mountains, or flying to the Bahamas for unforgettable family adventures, Dave made sure his kids experienced everything that life has to offer.

As a dad, Dave was an unwavering source of support, encouragement, and happiness. He was always there for his kids, never missing a practice, game, or school event.

Dave was always a big kid at heart. Everyone who knew him can attest to that. He always wanted everyone to feel joy, happiness, and went above and beyond to entertain the people he cared about. Dave’s friends can talk for hours, even days about all of the hilarious, quirky, awkward, kind, generous, and exciting Linder stories.

Millions of people go through life never knowing someone like Dave, and all his friends are so thankful they were lucky enough be so close to someone so special.

As we all know Dave’s kindness and generosity touched many lives, and his impact will live on in all of us who were lucky enough to know him.

Dave will never be forgotten. He is so deeply missed.
