Supporting The Manzi Family in their time of need

Hello all, friends of The Manzi Family here organizing financial support after a devastating loss.

On August 27th, 2022, The World lost an amazing person! Jason was the victim of a vehicle accident that resulted in his death. He had just enjoyed a motorcycle ride with friends when tragedy struck. The group was stopped on 2100 in Huffman, TX, waiting for traffic to clear so they could turn into The Tin Cup, when an inattentive driver struck his motorcycle from behind. This resulted in Jason being thrown from his bike and hit by a car from oncoming traffic. Jason was rushed to the hospital where his wife, Krista, was working; He died shortly after arriving. To say this tragedy has devastated Krista and the kids would be an understatement of the year!

As if this tragedy wasn't enough, Krista finds herself quickly having to endure the fallout of funeral expenses and the loss of an entire income for their bills. As she mourns her husband, tries to support their children emotionally, and arranges a funeral, she is plagued with this unexpected financial situation. The hope for this fundraiser is to provide Krista with a financial cushion regarding bills and funeral expenses as she navigates through life's next steps. Allowing her to prioritize the children and her emotional needs as she figures out how to make the appropriate financial changes.

The Manzi Family is overcome with gratitude for the love and support shown to them during this devastating time. The Huffman Community and many others have arranged a food train, offered help with daily tasks, and given heartfelt condolences along with beautiful remembrances of the wonderful husband, father, and soon-to-be grandfather lost to them. I know Jason would find comfort and have immense appreciation knowing so many people are reaching out to help his wife and children, and I believe he is looking on, saying thank you to everyone.
