As the trial for the men who murdered Ahmaud Arbery on Feb 21, 2020 begins in Brunswick, GA many supporters have asked how they can support his mother Wanda Cooper who has worked so hard to get to this day. Ahmaud fought for his life as he was assailed by three armed men that hunted him down in their trucks. Since his murder his mother has fought to bring those men to justice at great personal expense. Wanda Cooper performed independent research that revealed conflicts among the prosecutors handling her son's murder investigation. She has traversed the state of Georgia and has gone as far as the Whitehouse and the seat of the United States Congress to demand justice for her son.

 

In order to participate in the anticipated month-long trial Mrs. Cooper-Jones has had to leave her job and rent a home near the courtroom. If you would like to help provide relief during the course of the trial this fund will go directly to her and be used at her discretion.
