Supporting the Search for Yannick Bastien

Yannick Bastien was last seen on Saturday September 21st heading to Lake Minnewanka (Banff) to canoe but has now been missing for over a week. All appropriate measures are being taken including RCMP involvement - his truck and canoe have been located - but his family has remained on site searching the area daily since with whatever help has been available. There are many of us that wish desperately to help, but have been unable to offer much due to distance, time, lack of experience in backwoods hiking, whatever it may be. This page serves as a way to overcome those obstacles and offer some support that can be directed towards hotel, food, travel, all aspects of the search effort. The goal amount is just a number and there are no expectations. If you are unable to donate financially to the cause, positive thoughts or prayers are more than enough. ♥️
