Supporting Vernon's Family in Healing

Hello everyone, family, and friends I am reaching out in our time of grievances, to announce.

Our beloved Vernon Kee Wagner Jr. born on April 10, 2002 — October 04, 2024 (22 years old) Son, Brother, Uncle, Nephew, and Cheii of Shonto, Arizona. He is the seventh child of ten to Vernon Kee Wagner Sr. and Rena Barlow from Shonto, Arizona. He was Tódiicinii born for Áshihii.

quick recap; He was recently completing two weeks of work at Kayenta Car Wash. On the daily he would be hitch kicking to work and back. He was pretty grateful to start his working journey even though it’s at a local car wash. Vernon was hit in an accident, in the evening of October 4th, 2024. Unfortunately, the impact of the incoming vehicle was very fatal, the first responders did everything they could to help retrieve him but was announced deceased at the scene. Very unexpected, unbelievable, and sudden.

My name is Renalda Wagner, I am his close sibling of Vernon Kee Wagner Jr. First, I want to express my deepest condolences to everyone who knew and loved Vernon Jr.

I always remembered Vernon Jr. as a kind-hearted person who would do anything for anyone around him. Very protective, humble, active, and supportive.

In addition to mourning our loss, we want to come together to support our family. We have set this up to help cover the costs. Any contribution, no matter how small, will be greatly appreciated.
