Support Favoured Women and Baby Outreach – Bringing Hope to Pregnant Women and Babies.

In 2018, during a visit to Nigeria, I met a mother living in a hospital for three months with her newborn, unable to pay her hospital bill. She was forced to sleep on the floor while her baby waited for a discharge she couldn’t afford. Her story moved me deeply, and I paid her bill, bought baby essentials, and provided food for her and her baby to take home.

That moment inspired me to start Favoured Women and Baby Outreach, a Holy Spirit-centered charity based in Nigeria. Since then, we’ve supported over 90 pregnant women and their babies, helping with hospital bills, scans, antenatal care, medications, circumcision, and baby essentials. Many of these women are survivors of rape, domestic abuse, trauma, and extreme poverty, with some as young as 14, abandoned and with no one to turn to.

Tragically, we’ve also witnessed preventable losses, such as a mother who unknowingly carried her deceased baby for days and another who lost her baby at birth due to malnutrition. These cases drive us to work tirelessly to provide care, prayers, and support.

With my medical background our ultimate goal is to establish a birthing center where these women can safely deliver their babies for free. As a registered charity in Nigeria, we are committed to bringing hope and dignity to these families, but the need is growing, and we cannot do it alone.

We also assist pregnant homeless mothers by covering medical bills, rent, and providing essentials like cookers and mattresses to help them rebuild their lives. Every Christmas, we organize a celebration where each woman receives a Christmas food hampers, to bring joy to their families.
