Supporting Wendy Wynn

Hi, I am a friend of Wendy’s seeking support from the Wynn’s wonderful community as Wendy battles some major health issues. Wendy was diagnosed with thyroid cancer in April of 2022 and requires treatment for the next several months. She may also require surgery to win this battle. In addition, she’s experiencing other health complications that are taking a significant toll on her.

Even with health insurance, considerable expenses are starting to roll in. Wendy travels to VCU in Richmond for all her treatments, which is more than an hour from home. This time away from family, combined with the side effects of treatment, means that every little bit we can do for her will help!
