Supporting Yagi Typhoon Victims in Hai Duong Province
Donation protected
Hi everyone,
My name is Le and I am fundraising for the Yagi Typhoon Victims in my hometown - Hai Duong Province.
Typhoon Yagi has brought severe devastation to Northern Vietnam, causing widespread floods that have destroyed thousands of homes and tragically taken many lives. My hometown, where I grew up is among the hardest-hit areas. Many families, including my own parents and grandmother, were forced to evacuate to higher ground for safety. While they are safe, the road ahead is challenging, as they and others in the community face the immense task of rebuilding their homes and lives.
This fundraiser is an effort to provide essential supplies such as food, clean water, and shelter and support the recovery and rebuilding process for those affected.
Your contribution will go directly to helping my hometown recover, ensuring that families can rebuild stronger and move forward from this tragedy. Every bit of support, no matter the size, will make a meaningful impact.
Thank you for your kindness and for standing with us during this difficult time. You are helping to bring hope and healing to those who need it most.
How will your contributions be used?
1. All donations will be transferred to my mum's account in Vietnam.
2. My mum, a long with a group of volunteers will use the funds to purchase essential items like food, water, and other supplies for families in need. My Dad and others will assist by buying building materials to help rebuild homes. All transactions will be documented with receipts.
3. I will maintain an online spreadsheet that tracks all expenses and distributions, which will be shared here for full transparency.
