Support Katie on the Catwalk

I am very honored to have been asked to participate in an event to help Brevard's homeless animals, which many of you know is near and dear to my heart. Greg and I have long been supporters of our local Humane Society and you may have seen us around town as judges for the "Paws at the Park" and "Paws at Pier" events. Now, I'd like to take our support one step further.

The Brevard Humane Society will hold its premiere "Paws on the Catwalk Fashion Show" on March 14, 2015, at the Melbourne Rialto Hilton. I will be walking a runway with my chihuahua, Olive and an adoptable pet in this fun and unique fundraising event.

All proceeds from this event will help the Brevard Humane Society raise awareness and financial support for the hundreds of homeless animals that visit their Adoption Centers in Cocoa and Merritt Island each year, who need a safe and loving “forever” home. The Humane Society is a “no kill for space” shelter and does not receive any “financial support” from tax dollars. All of their funding comes through donations, adoption fees, product sales and fundraisers. The donations from this event remain in Brevard County.

Again, I am very honored to be asked to participate in the "Paws on the Catwalk Fashion Show." It is my personal goal to raise $5,000 for the Brevard Humane Society and I cannot reach my goal without the full support of my friends and family. Please help me, help these animals in need. Thank you!
