SUPPORT MARCELL TO BUILD HIS NEW BRAND

Dear friends and supporters

My name is Marcell Pustul, I was born in Poland. I am the founder and creative director of the gender-neutral fashion label MARCELL VON BERLIN. I am reaching out to you today to share a difficult situation that I am facing. I am seeking financial support in order to rebuild my brand which was suddenly taken out from under me. In October 2022, I lost my business investor and friend, Rainer Schaller, in a tragic plane accident. Rainer was not only a world-renowned fitness tycoon and founder of one of the largest investment companies in the world, but he was also a supporter of my vision for MARCELL VON BERLIN. Together, we had developed a 10-year expansion plan that included several international projects and new lines, which was unfortunately cut short by his passing. Rainer was the financial backbone of my business. Upon his death, Rainer’s investment company’s new leadership and owner decided to liquidate MARCELL VON BERLIN and lay off myself and my entire team. Despite our attempts to negotiate and continue the brand, they have been unwilling to honor Rainer's work, heritage, and vision. Over the past 5 months, I have lost everything that I worked so hard for since 2012. Not only did I lose my business investor and friend, but I also lost my business. While I still feel shocked and heartbroken, I have decided to stand up and Fight not only for myself but fight for my employees. My employees who lost their jobs, the same way as me. My heart is bleeding till these days. My brand was built with the most amazing people who were very supportive to me to the very end. My new brand is not just about creating a new label. It’s about creating a happy environment for all amazing, talented people. As Steven Jobs said, “Great things in business are never done by one person. They’re done by a team of people”. That being said, please help me to start my new fashion line. I’m creating this GO Fund Me page to ask you to help me to raise enough money to create my new collection. This money will go towards my new small team, production of the sample collection and collection, new logo design, website, photo shoots, brand ID, legal fees, and the necessary rebranding processes to start again.

The new name for my label will be announced soon, and I promise you will love it. I have great wholesale partners, production companies, and artisans, who I have worked with before - they will support me with my new collection, and we are ready to start the beginning phases of the production process. Once the new collection is ready, I will be ready to start generating income to rebuild my whole team and support the fashion community again. I know, with your help I can build something beautiful once again. Individually, we are one drop. Together, we are an ocean. There are not enough words to express my gratitude to all of you. Your support means the world to me. I’m super thankful and grateful for every single one of you. Please, know that every little amount counts. Little by little and little makes a huge difference.
