Support Maria's Family
Spende geschützt
Maria Mendoza-Sanchez is an oncology and cardiology nurse at Highland Hospital in Oakland, CA. Maria has been living in the US with her family for 23 years. She has four children with her husband Eusebio Sanchez.
Despite their best efforts to legalize their status since the early 2000s they were deported. On Wednesday August 16th Maria, Eusebio and their 12-year-old son were forced by ICE to leave for Mexico, a country they haven't been to in more than 2 decades. They are leaving behind their three older daughters ages 16, 21 and 23 in the US so they can pursue their educations.
Maria has dedicated her time to serving the most vulnerable patients in Oakland at Highland, the county's safety-net hospital. Maria is a valuable member of our community that our patients depend on. We want your help to support her family during this painful time.
All money raised will go directly to Maria and Eusebio's children to support their educational expenses.
