SupportTheHouse(Pancakes2021)

This fundraiser is to support a business which has been a fixture of the Battle Creek landscape for over 50 years.  Joann Callahan brought to the community long ago a place for family, friends, co-workers and sports teams a place for all to become 'one'.   Many individuals who participated in local sports (baseball, hockey, etc.) benefited from the sponsorships and generous support the Village Inn Pancake House (currently named ' The Pancake House' ) with her beloved son Newt at the helm of the business.   It has become apparent to myself and others that NOW is the time for the greater Battle Creek citizens to show their support.  


This support will not only provide much needed operating $,  but if the goal is exceeded Newt and his business team may be able to implement some of the Capital investment updates to improve accessibility for ADA purposes.  These building updates have had to be put on hold due to the COVID-19 pandemic and due to state government lead restrictions the business reserve has been depleted to a precarious level.
