Update 09/03/2020: Huge thanks from the bottom of my heart for the overwhelming amount of support, love, and donations given to Lucas and his family. I’m raising up the goal again to 40k and hope we can spread some more love his way. He’s doing a kick ass job and we wanted to keep positivity train going. One love everybody thank you again!
This campaign is for my best friend Lucas who recently was involved in a diving accident resulting in damage to his neck and spinal cord. He is currently in stable condition but has a long road of recovery ahead of him. I love Lucas like a brother and his parents have been like family for me ever since we started swimming together with Crimson Aquatics Boston as kids. I'm living across the country now in San Diego so I want to help raise as much money as I can to help his parents with the medical expenses.
My goal is to raise $1000 in 30 days. I'm going to surf one wave a day for a month and post the clip on social media with a link to this page. Go Pro clip from sea, filmed from land with a drone, whatever. As long as it helps Lucas and his family. If you know Lucas or just want to give a dollar and a shaka it would mean the world.
